Sean
Sean sees himself
as the 'cool' half of the friendship between himself and Andy. Facing
life mostly with a veneer of sarcasm and wry aggression, he is determined
to show himself to be the kind of guy that doesn't care what an uncaring
universe throws his way.
The only person thus
far to have put up with Sean's attitude for any length of time is Andy
and at times even Sean has wondered why, with everything considered, his friend has stayed by him so
long.

Andy
Andy
and Sean have been close friends since they were in Junior High. As the
only two Metahuman students in the school, they shared a lot of experiences
that their classmates just couldn't be a part of. Andy, always shy and
somewhat naive, has never minded Sean taking the lead.
As a Metahuman, Andy has always been nervous and somewhat withdrawn - seeming to want to pull away from a world that can seem very fragile.

Rachel
The easiest word
to describe Rachel is 'comfortable'. She is, essentially, content. Content
with herself, her powers and her place in life and happy to live for fun.
She does have a rather...
odd view of fun. Confident that she's able to handle anything she gets
herself into, Rachel takes risks that a lot of people would think unnecessary,
for kicks. While it may look like she spends most of her time going out
on a limb, she herself is certain... she is always in control. |

|
Rebecca
As Rachel's sister, Rebecca has often had to suffer misfortunes brought on by her sibling's boundless enthusiasm and- as Rebecca would put it -total lack of common sense.
Having seen the chaos that Rachel generates time and again without even trying, Rebecca feels more at home with more rules and constants... at least so far as they apply to the world around her. Fascinated with machines and electronics, Rebecca seems to miss the irony that her own powers easily contradict and confound the 'Natural Laws' she finds solace in.

 |
Amanda
Cousin of Rachel and Rebecca, Amanda is also younger than them by several years. This, combined with her 'Daddy's girl' attitude often earns her the other girls scorn... but as of yet, it hasn't prevented her from wanting to follow in their footsteps.
Having grown up with her cousin's frequent quips and jibes, Amanda has learned to give as good as she gets. While people often see her as a little immature, she has a quick wit and can generally hold her own in most situations somewhat better than she lets show.

McKellan
Currently the head of the Metahuman Security Agency trio comprising himself, K.C. and Gum, McKellan is a long-time member of the MSA. Increasingly, he has found himself constrained to desk work and acting in an advisory capacity to the other members of his team rather than being able to work at the head of things, something which is beginning to create tension.
Even amidst this, though, McKellan has always been good at persuading the people around him. He genuinely seems to care about the rest of the team and they, in turn, generally respect his authority.

K.C.
K.C. has always enjoyed her work. Displaying metahuman ability at a surprisingly young age- as well as showing great desire for police work -K.C. was eagerly accepted first by government-sponsored "Metahuman Creche" training schemes, then as a cadet by the MSA itself.
The most noticable thing about K.C., other than her muscle, is her drive. She has a great determination in her job to protect the city from metahuman threats and her level of competence and aggressive efficiency has given her an impressive reputation among both regular police and the MSA within the city. Just don't ask her what her initials stand for.

Gum
Gum was always a scrawny, somewhat twitchy kid. While everyone else seemed to rush at the world in a fury, Gum always felt under threat, wondering where the next problem or the next attack might come from.
Genuinely wanting to help the people around him- and to protect them from the kind of threats he saw all the time - Gum volunteered to join the Metahuman Security Agency. His abilities are judged sufficiently desirable that his superiors have chosen to overlook the fact that he doesn't quite fit the psychological profile.

Schelling
Schelling is a metahuman fanatic. Ever since she was old enough to really understand, she has followed the activities of the Metahuman Security Agency and any other metahumans she could gather information on. Fascinated by metahumans, but never developing powers herself, Schelling instead put herself more and more into her research. Graduating college with remarkable results, she quickly applied to work with the MSA as a specialist and was overjoyed to be accepted.
Now, Schelling is a little awestruck with her job. Surrounded by the kind of person that she idolises, she wants to show herself to be as useful and impressive as possible to her heroes.
